Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective. Since our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. Please reach out to our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue.
